Information society outlook in Turkey and transformation of work

In this study, by dealing with information society and changing labor process; flexible working and remote working the transformation process taking place along with the introduction of the concept of working life and outlook in Turkey's transition to the knowledge society is analyzed. Depending on the development of information and communication technologies in the 21st century, as in the transition to the industrial society in history; the transformation is taking place that manifests itself in all areas of social and economic life. Integration of information communication technologies to social and economic life is extremely important for development and increases social welfare. The inclusion of information communication technologies in the production processes has also affected labor and work, which have been in constant state of change throughout history. The change in the main factor of the economy has also affected the social life.
