ABSTRACT Investigatıon of Sufficent Levels of Sports Facilties in Turkey in Terms of Users Disables This study aims to identify the level of proficiency standards of the sports facilities for the disables Turkey to determine the current situation there, to establish the level of work expectations and satisfaction and to form a model proposal. The research comprised 232 scholars, 195 trainees, 595 students studying in physical education departments, 458 physical education teachers in special education schools, 87 physically disabled, 89 hearing impaired and 149 visually impaired athletes who participated as volunteers and engaged in disabled sports branches from Elazığ, Bingöl, Ankara, Tokat, Kayseri, Antalya, Sakarya, Konya, İstanbul, Mersin, Samsun, Bitlis, Malatya and Adana. A "Personal Information Form" was created to obtain the information of participants participating in the survey. For the data related to the research, the literature search done by Demiröz V.M. through sports facilities and management questionnaire which was made valid and reliable in 2009. These forms have been converted into Braille alphabets for visual impairments and filled with face-to-face questions with sign language experts for hearing impaired and face-to-face questions with physical disabilities and other participants. The obtained data were evaluated with SSPS 22.0 statistical package program and the level of significance was taken as P <0.05. As a result of the research, in terms of the users in determining the standards of competence level of sports facilities for disabled sports, results of survey showed that in terms of total scores for disabled athletes (blind athlete 34.06 ± 1.21, hearing athlete 42.02 ± 1.50, physically disabled athlete 40.04 ± 1.43) a statistically significant difference was determined. As a result, it has come to the conclusion that sports facilities are not sufficient in terms of users to determine the standard of competence level for disabled sports.
