Abstract (EN)
Depression is the most common psychiatric disorders, and it is seen frequently after traumatic experiences. The aim of this investigation was to determine the levels of Syrian refugees in Turkey, and to investigate the relation with sociodemographic variables. In this investigation, the Sociodemographic Form and Beck Depression Inventory to 52 Syrian refugees (26 female, 26 male) between 12-54 years old were applied. Of participiants, 88.5% had over points than Beck Depression Inventory cut-off points. This ratio is very high and shows that the psychiatric problems of the refugees are important. The findings were discussioned, and some suggestions were given.
