Abstract (EN)
Multiple party system was carried out after 1950 in Turkey and since it was carry out, democracy has been interrupted regularly. It has been exposed to many military coup. With these interventions, system was restored then management was transferred to civilian again. Although it has been sixteen years since military coup on 28 February 1997, it stil keeps up to date and investigates the actors of the era.The aim of the study is to investigate the reason of 28th February coupand how it happened, its aims, economical factors which took place civilian intervention and background, factors that didn?t occurred or that was known less.
