First, Turkey GSM industry isoutlined in thisthesiswork. Size of sector, investmentsandemployment, operatorsandtheirpropertiesareexplained. Afterexplainingthisaspect of industry, westatedthemethodsusedbyindividualswhowishtoobtain illegal gainsfromthissector. As well as weexplainedexistinglawsandregulationsthatenclosesfraudissues of gsmindustry. Weexplained how topreventfromfraudattempts on alternativesaleschannel of operators.
