Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACTThe aim of the thesis with subject ? the factor analysis of the technological change processabout the manufacturing industry in Turkey is to measure positive and creative destructioneffects of the technological change.At the first chapter, the effects of the technological change about the competition,production- growth, demand, employment and international trade were analysed.At the second chapter, we applied a factor analysis about the manufacturing industry inTurkey to prove the creative destruction effects of the technological change. As aconsequence, we saw that the most significant thrusting power was import pressure. Aftercustoms union, in Turkey at manufacturing industry, import pressure have caused creativedestruction effects. Moreover, it was seen that big scale firms have to make technologicalchange to survive and small commercial businesses meet the creative destruction effects ofthe technological change.
