Statistical view of women labor force in Turkey and a field research to determine the problems of women's employment: The case of istanbul

The current situation of the female labor force in the labor market and the problems faced in working life; It is one of the biggest problem areas of societies. The solution of the problem is of great importance in terms of social welfare and development because This situation will adversely affect Turkey's future growth and development targets. Inclusion of the female workforce in working life has been accepted as an important factor. It caused to increase the importance of female workforce structure and female employment and has exposed women in employment to various problems. In this study; literature search about Statıstıcal Vıew Of Women Labor Force In Turkey And A Field Research To Determine The Problems Of Women's Employment: The Case Of İstanbul has been done and knowledge about the situation of women in the labor market so that we can statistically, Turkey Statistical Institute (TUIK) data was used. According to TUIK data, under the title Statıstıcal Vıew Of Women Labor Force In Turkey; "education", "gender", "age", "sector", "marital status", "registration status", under the title Statistical View Of Women's Employment In Turkey; "age", "education", "occupational groups", "marital status", "job status", under the title Statistical View Of Women Unemployment In Turkey; "age", "education", "job seeking period", "by reasons of unemployment" by examining all aspects, the profile of women in working life has been revealed in general, and evaluations have been made on the axis of the general structure of the economy. Women who have started to take an active role in the labor market; faced with various problems in their working life and family life. Within these problems, A survey was conducted for women employees and the analysis resulting from the survey was interpreted."The woman's place is her home", "men are more successful in working life than women these thoughts"; cause difficulties in finding a job, making a career and gender discrimination for women. Legal and structural policies carried out nationally and internationally to solve these problems; although it led us, it was observed that there were difficulties in practice and the desired level could not be reached in order to make women's employment stronger in working life.
