Abstract (EN)

An intensive sectors where women find a place in the health care sector, the scope of neo-liberal policies of privatization process is undergoing. Receive a state of the health sector by the day along with commercial health workers on the effects of this condition is extremely serious reach. Some regard to gender segregation in health care is one of the important reasons of gender that are subject to the realization of household chores, or at least are associated with the role of the organization. Especially women working order without doctor to choose the seizure, generally in primary care or internal medicine clinics to gain intensity in order to be able to continue this role is female. The transformation process implemented in Turkey together with the emerging picture of health workers in the public, private, staff and subcontractors as required without leaving a certain organization operate under one roof. Labor organization that protects the health of the women workers, specific approaches to increasing the participation and showing them to be in approach, organization is the key point of the case.
