The place and importance economy in Turkey's demographich structure

Education concept, which can be described as a study on total puposeful affects on physical and mental skills which a human has from the birth and mo-ral understanding which is gained later, has important part as social, cultural and economical.Our study is about the meaning of education, the features of educaitonal supply and demand, and the externals of these educational expenses and a gene-ral information is given about educational services cost and its financial methods.If you look into the features of educational services we can see why the goverment is both performs the educational services and checks and organize itself. In Turkey powerment tries to execute the education policies by itself. When we look into the subject in the view of Turkey we can say that goverment has a very active role in education system, educational expenses take a very important place in consolide budget but we can say that the same it is not level as developed countries.In second part of our study it is determined that educational budged shows an increase during the years but it this increase is not high enough. Again in Turkey the budged which is allocate for YÖK is under the level of both and among the OECD countries. It is examined the place of educational development in the development plans. The third section in which we examine the effects of educational expenses on economic development. Is not only has positive effects on economic development but also it has a positive effects on various macro variable such as source allocation, income dispersion and employment.
