Abstract (EN)
In this study, Glaucium Mill. (Papaveraceae), taxa which grow in Turkey, were revised. Glaucium has been represented with a total of 10 taxa in Turkey, four of which are endemic species, have been studied morphological, palynological, karyological, phylogenetical and ecological, with a total of 10 taxa in Turkey. The taxa were collected from as many locations, between the years of 2011 and 2015. Throughout the study, the drawings including the differences between taxa, the microphotographs of seeds and pollen taken by electron microscope (SEM), and phylogenetic tree including molecular analysis were obtained. Result of palynological examination; polen shape usually spheroidal, tricolpate, ornamentation microechinate and microperforate has been identified. Seed features; reniform, that surfaces alveolate and faveolate was observed. Addition this study, to determine ecological properties of Glaucium taxa, we have been done soil analysis, which they have grown. As the result of investigation, the taxa have preferred alkaline soil. G. haussknechtii species given as a separate species in the Flora Turkey, studies indicating that a variation of G. grandiflorum species, has been confirmed as a result of our investigation. G. secmenii added new species Flora of Turkey by Yıldırımlı, descriptions were expanded, micro morphological, phylogenetic and ecological features were examined for the first time. With the intent of performing a molecular study, for which the type of Papaver was selected as the outer group, the analysis of maximum likelihood (ML) was performed. The findings of the molecular analysis supported morphological data and in the light of these results, it was divided into the subsections of Glabrousae and Pubescentae according to its genus, stem's hair. Also, considering the characters that are supported phylogenetically, has rebuilt key determination of the genus Glaucium.
