Terrorism and this violence have been used to give peoplefear with intimidate movements, striving to make people accept an objective, an idea, apolitical opinion or a lifestyle by force. Violence in terrorism is a consciously systematicviolence that is directed by determined objectives. This violence with intimidatemovements is striving to give some messages to public opinion. The important thing isnot the terrorist attacks; but is the reaction of the public opinion here.Turkish Republic has the world?s most important geography withgeopolitical and geostrategical importance, being the transition point among continents,distance to crisis regions, having natural and underground wealth. In past, in this regionlots of civilizations lived. But none of them or their nations could rule and surviveforever. Nations who created big civilizations took part in history cemetery of Anatoliangeography. There is only one nation who is able to rule the whole region. And this is TheTurkish Nation who has been living in this region for hundred of years. This nationcould cope with both foreign and inside threats and all difficulties and survive until now.And succeeded this with protecting interior stability and taking precautions againstforeign threats.For nearly 20 years, Turkey has been facing or has to face with terrorism, thecountry wanted to be taken to utter chaos. Turkish Republic Government has defeatedthis terrorism threat for the price of living in an important geography to a great extent.But this fight is still going on and seems that it is going to continue on a political, social,cultural and military wing for a long time.
