Abstract (EN)

This study examines the exercise habits and physical fitness levels of migrant students studying in Turkey using quantitative methods. The research involved a survey designed to measure participants' demographic characteristics, health history, and physical activity levels. The survey consists of three sections: the first section gathers demographic information, the second includes the Disease History Scale to assess health history, and the third contains the Par-Q Physical Activity Participation Scale to determine levels of physical activity. The sample comprises 385 students selected randomly and voluntarily, with 170 females and 215 males. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 software. The findings indicate that students' frequency of exercise and levels of physical fitness vary according to demographic factors such as gender, marital status, education level, and health status. Specifically, single and undergraduate students reported lower levels of physical fitness and more health issues, while married and higher education level students displayed better physical health conditions. These results suggest that demographic characteristics can significantly influence the health and exercise habits of migrant students. Keywords: Exercise Habits, Migrant Students, Physical Fitness
