Abstract (EN)
In this study, the short history of the automotive industry, a short look to the general aspect of the automotive industry around the world, the phases of the automotive industry in Turkey up to now, and the current position of the automotive industry in Turkey are analyzed and the industrial institutions, their productions, incomings, taxes, statistical information and the current position of the automotive industry in Turkey has been studied to put forward. The information has been gathered from different kinds of resources and explained with tables, graphics and figures. With these statistics, the changes that the automotive industry has been met during the historical phases can be seen more clearly and as a result of this it will be possible to make guests about the future
