In the first unit, ``Security?? word and it?s necessity is searched ,in the second unit, ``The History Private Security?? is searched,in the third unit,Private security training in turkey and in the last unit,Turkey is compared with europe and searched the differencies between them. In the light of this study it?s seen that when compares with Europe,Private security training is inadequate in Turkey. Particularly about `practise? as mostly, again there is much theoric knowledge but lack of `practise?. As a result to make training practises acceptable when compares with Europe we must take SECURITY SECTOR more serious and we must realize that it?s not advertisement. We can only make an advance by behaving like this. Key Words: Private Security, Security, Education
