Abstract (EN)
Consumption of natural resources, destruction of green fields, interference to ecosystem and ressult of all these, decrese in the living fields made concept of sustainability more effective on architecture. Green building certification systems are the main evaluation and grading systems of sustainability on architecture. On the other hand popularity of he concept of sustainability made itself a valuable marketing tool. In this study 22 certificated residence projects and 5 not certificated but presentented as eco-friendly or sustainable residence projects were analyzed and evaluated within sustainability criterias which determined by reviewing sustainability certificate criterias.
