Make the fmea analysis in the laboratory, compare the fmea method and 5x5 matris method

Work-related accident sand occupational diseasesis one of the most important challenges of working life. In addition to the safe culture of the chosen risk assessment method to be used in business is a concept strongly in recent years, the emphasis is on literature on the prevention of occupational accidents. The aim of this study was to determine the effect on the safety of the employees of the selected method of risk assessment. The sample of the study consists of a plane that performsanalyzes on the food industry. Risks and dangers created by the 5x5 matrix method in the plane indicating that made no provision in their FMEA risk assessment methods and interpreted. In line with the results obtained, the creation of a healthy and safe work environment in the work place, ensuring these curity and the development of culture as well as the risk assessment method to be used so appear to play a key role .
