Abstract (EN)
At the present time, air transportation has an important position worldwide and improves increasingly. In parallel with these improvements, conventional aircraft design got changed a lot, more economical and more effective changes have been made and keeps being made. In this study, a new control method has been applied to landing gear suspension system. Conventional aircrafts have simple hydraulic suspensions and the system works passively, it means that the system can not be controlled. With semi active control technology, it is possible to obtain instantaneous continuous force and motion control. Thus, damping can be controlled according to environmental terms, and a more reliable damping can be obtained. In this study, semi active control is applied by MR damper. Passive system and semi active controlled system were compared.
