Abstract (EN)

Electronic Commerce improves efficiency by reducing transaction and research costs, increasing competitiveness and accelerating business process. With the widespread use of internet, not only the participation in e-commerce but also e-commerce volume as a part of total commerce volume has been steadily and rapidly increasing. The main reason of the rapid increase in e-commerce is the time and cost advantages from it and the fear of lacking of being competitive. On the one hand e-commerce has been getting a widespread use; it has had great influences in both economies and social life in the world on the other. Transaction costs are also important in foreign trade. It is estimated that paperwork and procedures costs consist of 10-15 percent of the total value of the product being traded. It is expected that a great amount of savings in economic terms will be achieved by the elimination of the need of the paper-based documentary procudure in trading. Emerging savings of time and cost have directed countries toward electronic foreign trade. In this work, an electronic foreign trade model is detailed.
