The phenomenon of international migration has been shaped by the nation-state order. The phenomenon of international migration, which we call a product of this intertwined modernism, has also been an evil factor in the shaping of the modern world. There are many cyclical factors in the migration outlook. Although the main lines of migration are thought to consist of physical and demographic movements, it is possible to say that the results have a transboundary structure. Global-scale migration movements are beginning to contain serious security threats in terms of the existence of nation-states. In the face of these threats, the application that preserves and develops the existence of nation-states in the direction they will continue has a vital effect in terms of their assets. In this context, the study aims to analyze the domestic and foreign policies, legal regulations and international cooperation developed by Turkey, which has been a country of immigration for many years, especially in the face of increasing migration movements since 2011, with the text analysis method.
