Abstract (EN)

The world is in a state of motion, in which there are many different variables and the balances are constantly changing, in a scenario very different from the scenario that occurred a century ago. While regional variability and fluctuation have been replaced by global stagnation and uncertainty caused by pandemic, the most affected are the companies that are the building blocks of the economy. While companies tried to find ways to be sustainably strong by leaving for the global economy to the flow of products, capital and information, the point reached was that they needed commercial, labor, and financial integration to survive. The new name of this survival strategy is called "clustering" Firms and support organizations combine with a strong induction logic to create stronger structures and take a stronger place in international markets, thanks to cluster organizations. The catalyst for this powerful structure is technology. Globalized clusters adapt to digital transformation and apply industry 4.0 strategy from production to logistics and from communication to the sales. Industry 4.0 will not only change the systems also will change people and their lifestyles. in other words, digital transformation is the messenger that it has the ability to transform each object in its ecosystems with obscurity. In this study, 356 clusters in Turkey were examined in detail, the most suitable cluster which is successfully clustered and Globalized is chosen by using decision-making techniques and this cluster evaluated with an "impulse maturity model" which has 6 main criterias and 18 sub-criterias. During the evaluation of the globalized cluster , it is determined within the scope of this assessment of the Industry 4.0; the current situation of the globalized cluster, the deficiencies in the adaptation process, and the items to be done to complete digital transformation.
