Due to the harsh competition and rival business of present days in our global world, most companies prefer ecenomic shrinkage rather than expanding their activities. However, After global recession, people have been aware of the fact that eternal expansion is imposible , and companies should have strong competitiveness for better profit. Additionally companies belive the principle that decreasing the cost is a good way to improve the profit instead of increasing the endersoment. In order to decrease the costs, companies have been reconstructing their production systems, production families, and performing projects for optimizing their production and production distribution systems.Production systems means that production companies improve processes which is appropriate for their dynamics. In this process, in addition to phisical aspects of products, costumer needs, and wants play an important role. Lean manufacturing systems increase the efficiency, decreaing the lead time, and inventory costs.Another way for reducing the costs is plan the supply chain efficiently. Planning the merchandising process and distribution resource planing is very essential for decreaing the transportation costs.Owing to Production warehousing, transportation, and shipping activities that is implemeted on time and at the desired quality level, exploitation company will increase their competitive strength, and market share.
