Study of uropathogenic Escherichia coli virulence factors in development of urinary tract infection

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) refer to the decrease or increase of pathogenic microorganisms in the urinary tract. Attention should be paid to the largest non-unusual subspecies of bacterial contamination in humans. These infections affect part of the urinary tract as pyelonephritis, manifesting or multiplying as urethritis and cystitis. Concerning the site of transmission of urinary tract infections (UTIs), urinary (asymptomatic bacteria), bladder (cystitis), kidneys (pyelonephritis), and blood (bacteremia); although there are other broader examples, they have a variety of implications. Escherichia coli is important from many previously studied bacteria because of its ability to attack the urinary tract. Few studies indicate the existence of definitive virulence issues or antigen serotypes that can be spoken at the bacterial base and are close to being discovered using definitive antibodies. E. coli isolates found in the gut microbiota showed a variability in phenotypic profiles, which may reflect the random association of these bacteria in the gut environment. Rarely, the vaginal flora of healthy girls is intended to cover the intestinal microorganisms, except for the anus region. Fungi of the genus Candida, Torulopsis geotrichum and protozoa including Trichomonas vaginalis can be identified in small statistics, about 15-20% of pregnant girls show vaginal colonization through newborn Streptococcus agalactiae.
