Usûlü'l-Melâhim" (Translation text-grammer review)

In this study, the written work which is a translation of ?Usûlü?l-Melâhim? from Arabic alphabet to Latin alphabet which respect to subject and languages features registered whit number 1512 in Manisa Province Public Library is examined. UM, is a written work informing about some goverment?s futures at that century according to some events in nature which occurre regarding the locations of moon and stars in to twelve months of air.Original of this work written in Persian at 12th century by Ebu?l-Fazl Tiflisî was translated Turkish in 1595 and translater of the work couldn?t be determined.After the information about the contend prosedure features and predictions were presented in this study, languages features of this written work and usage of Turkish at that period were determined. Although this work was translated to Turkish at 16th century. It?s language is more close to Anatolian Turkish and it conveys some elements of Turkish.
