Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT The tools called navigation technologies used in distance learning systems which are computer based training, computer aided instruction, web based training, teleconferencing systems, videotape systems and video tele training systems are focused. All these navigation technologies are rewieved with their design phase, technical requirements advantages and disadvantages from the point of instructors, learners and organizations. Moreover information and examples are given about programming languages to be used by developing and implementing a distance learning project such as Perl, Cgi, Html and database management system Postgresql and Linux operating system.
