Abstract (EN)
Ultra performance liquid choromatography method are developed to analyze both valsartan and hydrochlorotiazide at the meantime. This method, one reverse phase column (Acquity UPLC BEH C18 2.1*50 mm 1.7 µm) and acetonitrile NaH2PO4 buffer (pH:2,5) which has 0.4 ml/min flow speed are mixed each other to used seperate two compounds under 280 nm wave length. Choromatographic seperation were made in 25 ? C. Developed method succeed effective seperation in the short period. In these condition ,the retention time is for valsartan 2,266 min, and for hydrochlorotiazide1,804 minIn Fresh standart solution choromatography, the system tests are made to control the compabilite with some validation process such as resolution, specifity, asymetry and theoretical plate counts. This method were validated absolutely. Both valsartan and hydrochlorotiazide were obtained linearity . To illustrate the validity and applicable of the method, accuracy working were made. High rate of accuracy demonstrate the method not influence the the other compounds in the formulation processUltra performance liquid choromatography which are developed to seperate valsartan and hydrochlorotiazide each other, at the meantime are fast simple and high accuracy . These method are used in quality control laboratories because these methods gain more times and are more cheaply than other methodsKey words: Valsartan; Hydrochlorothiazide; Validation; Ultra Performance Liquid Choromatography
