Abstract (EN)
As of August 26, 2016, with the acceptance of the Turkish Sovereign Wealth Fund law by the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Turkey Sovereign Fund Management Joint Stock Company was established and the sovereign wealth fund issue fell to our economy agenda. On February 6th, 2017, a number of large-scale public institutions and treasure halls were transferred to the fencing with the decree of law. These large-scale changes prompted widespread repercussions and began to be questioned by the public on the question of asset funds. The purpose of this thesis is; What is the reason for the application of the asset fund is to find an answer with the world examples in this direction and to make suggestions on behalf of our country and to make sure that the international literature in this subject is scanned and learned by taking into consideration that the number of Turkish academic studies is low.
