Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, with increasing competition and technology innovations thanks to globalization, businesses need to follow the current events and keep pace with their competitors in an ever modernized world. The purpose of each business is to maximize profit. In order to achieve this, they should correctly define the input and output levels and accurately position the reflection of current events to their firm. In order for enterprises to grow and make a profit, the company places significant responsibility on its managers and employees. This requires that everyone's knowledge level in the firm should be kept at the optimum point. Company officials determine some performance measurement criteria to assess whether they use the input-output level at maximum, depending on the characteristics of the enterprises. Thanks to past performance measurements, business managers need to develop strategies in order to decide on the future of the business and determine direction. The importance of performance measurements cannot be denied in the correction of mistakes made as a result of many studies. As a result of performance measurements, enterprises can develop different targets and strategies and reach the desired optimal level. Although many performance measurement models are available, data envelopment analysis will be discussed in our study and the results will be examined.
