Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, research and development studies were carried out for the vibratory vertical screw conveyor machine, which is used in mineral products, medical products, food products, chemicals and plastics industry, especially where transportation is required and used in various fields. In the conveyor used in our country, the formation of the materials during the transport creates important problems on the system, both separately or together, in terms of both mechanical and vibration. It is important for the design to analyze the material handling time of the existing design conveyor and the cooling time of the used material and the product quality decrease. Within the scope of the study, the design of the vibratory vertical screw conveyor used in the vibratory transport sector was made. For the design, an experimental study was carried out on the conveyor in factory. For the discrete element method, the dynamic analysis on vertical vibratory conveyor was compared with the vibration analysis simulation in the helix and the deviations of the modeling made in the computer environment were examined. As a result of the study, the outputs of the designs made by changing the helix diameter, helix angle and vibration frequency were examined. Their effects on transmission capacity and thermal analysis were investigated.
