Abstract (EN)
Today, many fields such as aircraft, defense and automotive industries are developing rapidly. With these developments, the phenomenon of vibration has started to gain more importance in our lives. Undesirable vibrations cause many negative effects such as noise, energy loss and premature deterioration of the system structure. Therefore, in order to control and isolate vibration, the demand to polymers and especially for rubber, which is a member of polymers, with viscoelastic properties has increased. The viscoelastic property is between the behavior of pure elastic and pure fluid materials. The energy storage and damping properties of viscoelastic materials vary according to the frequency and temperature values they are exposed to. In this thesis, a dynamic test system was developed to determine the structural properties of viscoelastic materials. The test setup, that dynamic and static tests can be performed, a capacity of ±50 kN and a universal structure. Besides load control, it can be controlled with different functions such as deformation control, ramp loading, constant value waiting, return, stop and cyclic loading. The travel distance (stroke) is 200mm. Frequency value; changes according to speed, acceleration and applied force. A temperature sensor was attached in order to sensor to measure the temperature of the sample and to observe the effect of heat on fatigue. in the market it measures temperature between -50 °C+600 °C. There are systems that can perform these tests; However, the fact that most systems are imported and their costs are high negatively affect their use in our country. Making such test systems according to the needs of the companies will save cost and time. At the same time, it will increase the studies on domestic test systems by gaining knowledge, experience and experience
