Ottoman Empire and his accompanied nations have been defeated atWorld War I and has been forced to signe the Mondros Armistice. After theMondros Armistice which ended the Ottaman Empire a complicated stuationcame into existence. At that time same people who think the liberation is toaccept the mandate of United States of America had established the WilsonPrinciples Community at the date of 4 December 1918 in stanbul.The founder of Community was famous nouns at that term as HalideEdip Adıvar, Celaleddin Muhtar Özden, Ali Kemal and Hüseyin Avni. TheWilson Principles Community established one month after Mondros Armisticeand its aim was to protect the Turkish land against occupation of colonistnations like UK. According to members of community a peace agreementrelated to Wilson Principles will pain the friendship of USA and an Ottomannation could established where the Turkish population was condensed.Wilson Principles Community thought that an Ottoman nation could not beestablished and stand without help of us politically, economically, judiciallyand adinisnatively. That why they wanted mandate of USA.Wilson Principles Community ended its activities after two months ofits establishment. But their idea had lasted untill the Sivas Congress. TurkishNation rejected the idea of USA mandate. Because the idea of living underthe mandate of a nation was against the independent principle accordinglythe activities and ideas of the Wilson Principle Community ended at SivasCongress.
