Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, many organizations understand the importance of quality in both manufacturing and service sector, because of that they are trying to implement different strategies and innovations for improve their own processes. Become the leading of Japanese companies in manufacturing and service sectors with the quality activities, especially the enforcement of Japanese companies, to obligate American companies giving importance to quality improvement activities for competition.Leading of Motorola, is one of the American companies, Six Sigma Method, satisfies the customer expectations, became to point out whole World. Since the 2000s, ?Lean Six Sigma? notion which is Lean Production techniques use simultaneously with Six Sigma techniques, have been existing. This situation proves that there might be the better innovation techniques.Lean Six Sigma which focuses to the customers, is a management philosophy that purpose decreasing costs and wastes also increasing the productivity and continue producing high quality goods, so the techniques used purpose, beside the process improvement, that decreasing non-value times which customers do not want to pay.At the beginning of this study, the Lean Six Sigma method is described in general terms and in the last part, a Lean Six Sigma implementation, has implemented in a wheel manufacturing company, is presented. This study has been implemented in the pulley section where lots of fault is occurred. In this implementation, to try to find out the solutions for the problems with taking into account voice of customer analys, in the pulley section. At the end of this implementation, the number of scraps in the pulley production process decreased, also the waste, is occurred in production process, has been prevented with lean implementations.
