Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, living is getting harder and harder for all companies at the knowncompetition environment. There is no thought as ?I can sell it whatever I produce, Iincrease it?s price, the customer wait when production will be finished..? any more. It isa compulsory that expanding product range, correct consignment, special produts fordifferent customer, being fast and low cost.Produt quality is required at the level of % 0 wrong part in spite of product?sprices are dicreasing. It means that it?s cost has to go down level. That?s why it?snecessary a system that is able to produce the correct and required product at the firsttime for all conditions.Because of that, we see that many companies are seeking a satisfactorysystem and researching organizational philosophies, quality systems (TQM, 6 sigma,CRM, ERP, EFQM Model, TPM?.) We should find out Lean Management under theseconditions.In spite of lean management?s description is simple, it contains all processeswhich?re about customers, suppliers and inside of company. It make system changeradically.Turkish business world has to understand the change of business world andanalyse their work processes aganist they have problems which is about rantablity.They should not to accuse the rules, their managers, workforces or makro economicconditions. In Turkey, Industries and companies are supported with customs andsubvansions for many years. But that term is finished any more.That thesis contains introducing lean management. It tries to put forward thestructure of lean management and how we can do theorically and practically to besuccess in practise.
