Abstract (EN)
It is seen that Pisidia Antiokheia, located in Yalvaç district of Isparta province, adds cultural value to its environment. As a result of the excavations carried out in the ancient city, which is thought to be a bridge from the past to the present, it is observed that architectural parts that once formed the city were reached. In order to examine the architectural parts, excursions and observations were made in Yalvaç Museum and the ancient city. As a result of the excursions and observations, it was observed that there were various images on the architectural parts in Yalvaç Pisidia Antiokheia region. An interdisciplinary approach was taken in order to associate the images on the architectural parts in the ancient city with the art of painting. In the thesis study, an answer to the question of whether the images on the architectural parts in Yalvaç Pisidia Antiokheia region contribute to experimental production in the art of painting was sought. As a result of the literature review, it was observed that there is no study on the subject. In the study, which is thought to make a positive contribution to the field, the images on the architectural parts in Yalvaç Pisidia Antiokheia were analysed. Among the many images found on the architectural parts, ranke, pearl-bead sequence, tooth sequence, ion-cymation, ornament, rosette and acanthus images were determined to be used in experimental production. It is aimed to draw attention to the importance of Pisidia Antiokheia with experimental productions made by using the images on the architectural parts in painting art.
