Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, types of the Iris plant were examined using the measurements which is mentioned as the British statistician, biologist and genetic scientist Professor Sir Ronald Aylmer Fisher?s Iris Data Set (Fisher?s Data Set) that belongs to Iris plant.Fanntool and Matlab programs are compared using Iris Data Set. In addition, the factors whichever is the most and least effective were investigated.Finally, the results obtained were shown in graphics and tables, it was concluded that the type of Iris plant could be found by the method of artificial neural networks without any experimental study.Key words : artificial neural network, artificial intelligence, Iris data set, Iris plant
