ABSTRACT QUASI PLATONIC TORI Gülsün TANOĞLU Master of Science Thesis, Department of Mathematics Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Adnan MELEKOĞLU 2020, 39 pages The aim of this study is to introduce the regular hypermaps on tori and investigate some of their geometric, topological and algebraic properties. In the first chapter the thesis is summarized briefly. The second chapter is devoted to basic concepts which are required in the subsequent chapters. In the third chapter, the regular hypermaps on the Euclidean plane and tori have been introduced. In the last chapter, regular hypermap families consisting of regular hypermaps of types (3,3,3),(2,3,6) and (4,4,2) have been introduced and some algebraic and geometric properties of their members have been investigated.
