Abstract (EN)
In this work, the photoconductivity and the change of conductivity due to temparatüre of CdS thin film prepared by chemical deposition have been examined. In addition, the Activation Energy of CdS thin film was estimated, and, electricaly and (Ea, p), optical properties (i.e. %T, a, Eg) of thin film have also been examined. Key Words: Chemical Bath Deposition, CdS, Activation Energy IV
