Abstract (EN)
The human shelter and their relationships in shelter locations has a long history. With the improvement of living conditions after the First World War, the need for people to be sheltered was taken attentions. As the time progressed, the population started to increase, the economic conditions improved, the pleasures changed, and such situations made it possible for differences in the types of housing made to come to fruition. Such situations brought about changes in space, and the first changes were seen on the slums. Due to the rapid growth of the population, the dwelling has emerged to save people's housing needs and has created the first dimension of urbanization. Later on, the rehabilitation work for the slums began and there were transitions to the apartment block. Along with the increase in population, the number of floors has been increased and mass housing started to be built when the houses have not been enough. Every new field brings together new social relations and relationship groups. This thesis study is similar to the above explanation and it is a study which deals with the social relations in the Peace Building Cooperative which was established in a new area to solve the need for the housing which is the result of the intense migration wave to the Pertek district due to terrorist incidents. Peace Building Cooperative Pertek is located on the boundaries of the district center within 15 minutes by car. Unlike the county center, the houses are located in a new and reinforced concrete building, in a duplex format and in a place with boundaries defined, so that this cooperative area is like a city. New social relations groups were born with people who settled in this area. The aim of this study is to examine the social relations in the Peace Building Cooperative which is a new field of development. For this purpose, a questionnaire were applied in 21 households and 40 informants in the cooperative area. The obtained data were transferred to the SPSS Package Program and the results were interpreted. Key Words: City, Social Relations, Pertek, New Development Area
