Abstract (EN)
In this study H2L1 (%72 yield) and H2L2(%79 yield) were synthesized by reaction of o-aminobenzoyl ve p-aminobenzoyl hydrazine with 1,3-dimetyl-5-acetyl barbituric acid. Their structures have been fully characterized by using FT-IR, multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C) spectrometry. We also describe the X-ray crystal structure of H2L1, which crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n space group. H2L1 and H2L2 compounds were reacted with CuCl2.2H2O and NiCl2.6H2O gave mononuclear metal complexes. Their structures were investigated by using FT-IR and elemental analysis. Furthermore, H2L1 and H2L2 compounds were investigated for their tyrosinase inhibition, antioxidative and antimicrobial activities. The results from biological activity assays have shown that all of compounds have excellent antioxidan, moderate tyrosinase inhibition activity.
