Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to use the co-oximetry method as noninvasive, aged PI, PV Hb, Ori, SpO2, and application due to peak heart rate. Endotracheal intubation was bred to benefit those following nasal CPAP and a control group with no illumination. Study Working Unit Medical Faculty Hospital Pediatric Neonatal Intensive Care Unit' Perfusion index obtained with non-invasive invasive monitor in the first 6 hours in the small eye and without neonatal waiting (YDGT) 2022), plethysmographic variability index (pvi), lightning reserve index, saturation, heart rate, evaluation of hemoglobin fragment 100 patients were included. According to the results obtained from the study; The choices in the study were that the measurements of the patients' Pi values were more important than the measurements with the remaining ones, as a preference, compared to the measurements with intubated and NCPAP. It has been determined that the scores of patients with NCPAP are close to the scores of patients with NCPAP. It is clear that the mean scores of PVI, SPO2, HGB and ORI values of patients who are intubated, NCPAP and stay with their mother are close to each other. The scores of the patients' PVI, SPO2, HGB, and ORI values are close to the averages, and there is a 99% positive correlation between the gestational age and the general weight of the newborn patients. Patients who were intubated and included in NCPAP coverage did not have a significant stay between their scores. It plans as a choice between the values of the patients in the Intubated and NCPAP view of the patients besides their mothers. Accordingly, it was determined that the scores of the patients staying with their mothers were higher than those who were intubated and NCPAP.
