daha sonra doldurulacaktırThe concept of corporate identity is emerged with the concept of consumption has increasingly expanded its scope and has widely different dimensions to the definitions of corporate culture, corporate philosophy, spatial and visual identity and the service and presentation of institutions. The corporate outlook and its impact on its users are also the basis of all marketing strategies. These perception points used in determining the spatial identities of institutional spaces and spaces are identified with the brand through this method in the memory of the consumer. The corporate spaces created by new designs in new buildings, corporate identities that are located in historical buildings are identified with the unique identity of the buildings, by creating a mixed identity. These two identities are perceived as a nostalgic process in the consumer memory and the relationship of the consumer with the space and the brand is shaped by this different experience. This study focuses on the renewal of spatial identity through the concept of corporate identity in the transformation of historical buildings with an understanding of service sector. In this context, the subject examined was examined with the analysis of The House Cafe and Hotel. The information obtained in this study draws attention to the use of historical buildings in terms of interior space. Within the scope of the renewed design concept of historical buildings, eclectic elements have been influential in the formation of spatial identity which has been renewed through corporate identity
