Abstract (EN)

INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR This study aims to reveal the extent to which information sharing, information hiding, innovative culture, innovative leadership, training and development, and innovative self-efficacy have an impact on innovative work behavior. Businesses are trying to integrate with the ever-changing conditions of change and uncertainty and they need to create innovation in all their processes in order to achieve competitive advantage. Innovation processes, on the other hand, require active participation of human resources as well as technical and financial conditions, and require the innovation phenomenon to be transformed into sustainable behaviors at the individual level. Innovation-based individual behavior is shaped to a large extent under the influence of information sharing, information hiding, innovative culture, innovative leadership, education and development, and innovative self-efficacy. In this framework, the research conducted on 289 blue and white collar employees of a food business. The data set was analised with multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that information sharing, innovative self-efficacy, training and development have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. However, information hiding, innovative culture and innovative leadership do not seem to have any significant impact on innovative work behavior.
