The privatination of local administrations -Example Yozgat municipality-

VII ABSTRACT Governments have come into existence during the historical procedure to execute the public services and utilites with a central and a local administration. If the government and the local administration has the power of enterprise in the economic field, then an economical hegomany over the individual is substantiated. This hegomony will restrain the individual's activity capabilitiy in an important measure. Owing to this wc cannot talk abont a perfect democracy. The government and local administration will be unsuccessful in fulfulling their esscutial duties if they dominate over the economic enterprise. They will be unsuccessful in other issues excluding their esseutial duties as well. İn brief being successful in economy will hot able them to provide comfort to their people. İn addition they will face a lot of many other problems. We think that our country has to apply the belayed appropriation method in an active way as an alternative method against the problems that local administrations face. One of the most important condition is that they have to be put up on a scientific and rationel base. Stydyings on this appropriation ground in local administrations in our country are very for away from being adequate.This study aims to serve the reducing in this field.
