Abstract (EN)
This research aimed to examine the effects of green transformational leadership and green human resources management practices on organizational agility. In addition, determining whether there are significant differences in the perceptions of green transformational leadership, green human resources management practices and organizational agility according to the demographic characteristics of the participants is also among the main objectives of the study. In this direction, research data was collected via survey technique from managerial and non-managerial employees of enterprises operating in the chemical and chemical product sector in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone in Tekirdağ province, and 459 usable surveys were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26.0 and AMOS software. In line with the findings obtained, it was determined that the participants' perceptions of green transformational leadership had a statistically significant and positive effect on their perceptions of organizational agility. Similarly, it was determined that their perceptions of green human resources management practices also had a significant and positive effect on organizational agility. It was also revealed that the perception of green transformational leadership positively affected the perception of green human resources management practices. The analyses revealed that green human resources management practices played a mediating role in this relationship.
