Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, green university concept, green university models, implementation of EMS in universities and measurement of sustainability performance has been studied. As a case study sustainability performance of EGE University was measured. In the evaluation made by GreenMetric in 2018, Ege University ranked 287th among 719 universities with a total score of 5075. Ege University has achieved the highest success in waste with 63% and transportation in 56%. The university's lowest scores were in water (12%) and energy (25%) management.
