Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of change and its relationships with employees' perception of negative actions and loyalty. This study discussed the perception of change, perception of negative action and perception of employees' loyalty. The research sample consists of 385 people working in food and beverage businesses in Kuşadası and Söke districts of Aydın province. A survey consisting of 44 statements was administered to the employees. The survey consists of four scales: The first part is the change scale, the second part is the employee loyalty scale, the third part is the negative action scale and the fourth part is the demographic characteristics scale. The data obtained were analyzed with a package program. The results of the analysis revealed that there were some differences in the factors of the change scale and negative actions scale, while the factor of the employee loyalty scale was found to be the same as in the literature. Two of the hypotheses put forward in the study were not supported. It has been concluded based on the research findings that change affects negative actions, employee loyalty and negative actions affect employee loyalty.
