Abstract (EN)

Positive impact on individual and organizational performance of educational activities and the growing importance of the management function has provided to due consideration to the activities of management training. Establishments consider the training aims, training subjects and people who will join the training while planning the activities of manager training and they choose best methods for themselves. Change in methods of doing business has been effective in also about training. While planning the activities of management, establishments choose the most appropriate training methods with considering the factors such as the training aims, training subjects and people who will join the training. The establishments, who wanted their employees to acquire the necessary information on time and whereever they demand, adopted e-learning immediately as a training method and made it a common tool used in manager training in order to enable the case. The establishments, who do not intend to become outdated, give place to e-learning applications while preparing their training strategies. This study aims to investigate e-learning as a method, which is used in manager training and determining the aspects of the individuals, who get trained by this method. Results of the study show the inferior and superior sides of e-learning compared to traditional training methods.
