The ability of problem solving and decision making in nursing managers (Sample for training and research hospitals in southern region of İzmir)

Managers in the development of problem solving and decision makings kills, it is known that the effective use of human resources and economic advantages. Nurses in executive positions in the nursing profession, the development of problem solving and decision making skills in this profession, which is directly related to human health, are of vital importance forth implementation results. The problem saris attitudes of nurse managers, problem-solving and decision-making processes in activities aimed at solving the problems of human health and therefore it is important forth continuation of human life. Nurse Managers to identify their difficulties in problem solving and decision-making process and there search was conducted in order to develop solutions. The universe of the city of Izmir, Southern Association of Public Hospitals Education and Research Hospital, located three at the General Secretary at within this research; the sample was composed of nurses who are still working as a manager in the hospital. Izmir province of Southern Union General Secretariat of Public Hospitals 15 hospital sonly 3 of the mare on-site training and research hospital, serving a total of 106 nurses in this hospital administrator position. In order to get results in the 5% margin of error confidence interval Research 95% of the data, 89 nurse managers in the survey applied and manage problems in the nurses solving and studied decision making to determine the factors influencing them with the development of skills. In addition, nurse manager in problem solving and decision making skills that affect personal (demographic) the level of impact factors are discussed.
