Abstract (EN)
The importance of competency and auditing management competency are facts that recently being adopted by Turkish business world. This study has conducted to show the importance level of competency and auditing management competency for organizations and individuals. This study is based on construes of the information being inferenced from literature reviews and investigation of the theoretical results if applied today's business world. This study is trying to show the importance of competency and specially the auditing management competency for both organization and the employees by answering following questions: What is competency? Which are the management competencies? What is the importance of each competency for both organization and individual?
