Abstract (EN)

This thesis examines the impact of trust in managers on job satisfaction among employees in the healthcare sector, focusing on one of the key factors influencing job satisfaction in this field. Trust in managers has a direct effect on employees' motivation, commitment, and overall job satisfaction. The study argues that the sense of trust is one of the determining factors in the manager-employee relationship and plays a critical role in shaping job satisfaction in healthcare organizations. The research aims to measure how employees' trust in their managers reflects on their job satisfaction. In this context, both quantitative and qualitative research methods, such as surveys, have been used. The study demonstrates that increasing trust in managers leads to higher employee commitment and job satisfaction levels. Furthermore, the findings show that trust not only affects job satisfaction but also positively influences employees' workplace performance and their loyalty to the organization. In conclusion, the study reveals that trust in managers is a significant factor that directly influences employees' job satisfaction in healthcare institutions. These findings can serve as an effective guide in the development of management strategies and the improvement of employee satisfaction in the healthcare sector.
