Abstract (EN)

Financial literacy is an individual's knowledge of finance and related concepts, financial markets, financial products and applications. Financial literacy enables individuals to understand financial and economic changes as well as raise awareness of issues such as savings, investment, and budget management. In this respect, financial literacy is very important due to the positive contribution it provides to the increase in the level of individual welfare, the efficient operation of the markets and the development of the country's economy. Financial education is the process that allows consumers and investors to make choices in the awareness of financial risks and opportunities, in which knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors about money management are gained. In the financial markets, where development and change continue rapidly, studies are being carried out at the national and international level due to the increase in the need for financial literacy and therefore financial education in order to make correct and effective decisions. In this study, Financial Literacy Attitudes and Behaviors of the managers and employees operating in the service industry, commercial enterprice and production companies in the province of Hatay were tried to be determined.
